Step 1: Plan

It might sound simple, but planning is the key to a successful bake sale fundraising event. Make sure you have all the basics mapped out.

When will the event take place? Where will it happen? Who will you be selling to? What will you be baking? And how will you spread the word?

Step 2: Bake

Time for the fun part – baking! After finding your recipes and collecting your ingredients, you’ll be ready to bake.

You could bake all the goods on your own, or ask friends and family to contribute their baked goods tooOnce they’re all done, make sure you’ve made a note of any allergens and stored them safely.

Step 3: Sell

Wherever your cake stand is, make it stand out. You can request resources from our fundraising team like bunting, banners and balloons, which will be the icing on the cake of your bake stall

Decide how you’ll collect the money – do people just give what they feel? Or do cakes have set prices?
