Our strategy is made up of 3 impact goals. Each of the goals detailed below contribute something different. On their own they will see us make significant and necessary changes for children. Together they will build on each other and have a huge impact on children's lives.

Impact Goal 1

Everyone plays their part to prevent child abuse

We’ll make it easier for everyone to play their part and create a social safety net that prevents child abuse and neglect.

NSPCC Helpline

Our Helpline proivdes advice, guidance and support for adults and takes action on their behalf if they have concerns about a child. Last year we responded to almost 70,000 contacts.

Public Education Campaigns

With campaigns like Talk PANTS and Listen Up, Speak Up we've given more than 1.4million people the knowledge they need to keep children safe and support children to speak out if they're worried.

New Services

We're developing and evaluating new services to prevent child sexual abuse, including helping young people to understand harmful sexual behaviour.

Impact Goal 2

Every child is safe online

Together, we can transform the online world, so it’s safe for every child to go online.
