Our facilities
With seating for up to 220 delegates, the Conference Hall is ideal for hosting presentations, talks or networking events. It’s equipped with a staging area, sound system and presentation screen.
This small outside area can be used for activities or just for some time to relax.
Our restaurant offers a delicious selection of refreshments and lunch, alongside our coffee lounge which serves a choice of teas, coffee and other refreshments throughout the day. All our menus have a vegetarian option, and we cater for any individual dietary requirements on request.
All our catering is provided by Britannia Buffet Services, who are a well-known local caterer established in 1999, providing a wide range of buffets to suit all tastes.

Our team of highly experienced conference coordinators are on hand to answer any questions that you may have.
Our packages
The Conference Hall is ideal for hosting presentations, talks or networking events. A minimum of 80 delegates on any day rate is required and the hall can seat up to 220 delegates.
The room benefits from plenty of natural light and opens onto our courtyard. The full hall can be used, or it can be split into three rooms — the main theatre holding up to 120 delegates and two break-out rooms each holding up to 50 delegates.
The package includes:
- a meeting room
- a projector and screen
- a PA system with microphones
- a hearing loop
- flipcharts and pens
- free WiFi
- free parking (60 spaces)
- unlimited tea and coffee
- morning and afternoon servings of cakes or biscuits
- a finger buffet lunch.

We're 30 minutes from East Midlands Airport on the M1 J23A (A453) and 60 minutes from Birmingham International Airport on the M42 J26.
We have a bike shed and shower room available at the centre.
Catch bus numbers 26 and 54 from the Haymarket Bus Station, Leicester
We're easily accessible from the M1.
