Lorna McNee, Cail Bruich
Recognised as one of the best up-and-coming chefs in Scotland, Dallas-born Lorna took her first Head Chef role at long-standing Glasgow restaurant Cail Bruich in 2020.
Within six months Lorna had secured the restaurant’s first Michelin Star, recognising her championing of seasonal Scottish produce.
Jude Kereama, Kota Restaurant
Native New Zealander Jude Kereama opened Kota Restaurant in 2006, followed by sister restaurant Kota Kai, in 2011.
Jude’s cooking combines the eclectic flavours of his Māori Chinese-Malay heritage with seasonal ingredients from Cornwall, ensuring Kota remains a stalwart of the Cornish food scene.
Spencer Metzger, The Ritz
Spencer has been a long-standing member of The Ritz kitchen team, working his way up the ranks to become Head Chef in 2021.
At just 30, Spencer has some impressive accolades to his name, including the Roux Scholarship in 2019, the 2022 National Restaurant Awards ‘Chef to Watch’ and the 2022 Great British Menu, Champion of Champions.
Georgia Sommerin, Home
Georgia found her passion for cooking at just 14 when working in her father James Sommerin's restaurant.
Georgia now holds the role of Senior Sous Chef at their newly Michelin-starred restaurant Home at Penarth, where it’s just Georgia and James in the kitchen.
In 2020, Georgia was the youngest-ever contestant on the Great British Menu.
