You've signed up and now the fun starts! In the #TeamNSPCC hub you'll find training plans and fitness tips to suit everyone, from first-time runners to top athletes. We've also got everything you need to get your fundraising going and make it count for every child.

£25 could pay for 4 schools to have Buddy kits, so children can take home a fun reminder of how to speak out and stay safe.

£180 could pay for one helpline practitioner’s shift, providing vital help and support to adults worried about a child's welfare.

£500 could pay for a phenomenal 125 calls to our Childline service from children who feel like they have nowhere else to turn.
