How it works
1. Personalise your letter
Make your letter from Hopper egg-stra special by adding the name of your child (or children). You can also add a clue to where the first Easter egg is hidden to start the hunt.
2. Make a donation
After you have submitted your order details you can donate to support the NSPCC. Your donation will help support our vital work, such as answering calls from children through the NSPCC Childline service.
3. Let the fun begin
We’ll send your personalised letter and activity sheet by post for you and your loved ones to enjoy. But be quick! Order by 6 April to ensure delivery before 20 April — in plenty of time for Easter.

We ask that you make a small contribution of £3 per letter when you order to cover the costs of creating and processing your letter.
A donation on top of your contribution can mean you will be helping support the work of the NSPCC. Our vital national services like Childline, our advice and support service for children and young people, will be available 24/7 even over the Easter Bank Holiday.
The £3 you contribute per letter will cover the costs of creating and processing our letter. This fee includes VAT and is therefore not eligible for Gift Aid. Any additional amount you donate will be eligible for Gift Aid and will go directly to support the work of the NSPCC.
Your donation will help support our vital work protecting children across the UK. Read more about the work we do on our Making a Difference page.
If you want to send a letter to two or more children who live at the same address, please input all the children’s names on one letter. They will receive one letter, addressed to all of them.
If you would like to send the letter to multiple addresses, please re-complete the form and payment for each additional address.
To guarantee delivery in time for Easter weekend we recommend ordering by 6 April. All orders will be fulfilled via Royal Mail 1st Class from 7 April.
We will start printing letters from the 31 March. You'll receive an email update when we have posted your letter(s). It should take 7 days to arrive.
All letters ordered before 1 April should arrive by 8 April, in plenty of time for the Easter weekend. If you ordered your letter between 2 and 6 April, your letter should arrive by 16 April.
Unfortunately, letters cannot be tracked through the Royal Mail postal system. If you have still not received your letter after 7 days please do contact our Supporter Care team via the contact details at the bottom of this page.
Other items ordered from the NSPCC shop will be dispatched separately to letters so we cannot guarantee they will arrive together. If you have ordered an additional item with your letter, you will likely receive this before the letter arrives.
You will receive an email when your add-on item has been dispatched, it should take 3-5 days to arrive. If you have not received your additional item within 5 days, please contact our supporter care team via the number at the bottom of this page.
If your letter has not arrived by 11 April and you ordered it prior to 4 April, please contact our Supporter Care team. Supporter Care contact details are at the bottom of this page. If you ordered later than 4 April and your letter has not arrived by 15 April please contact our Supporter Care team via the number or email below.

Please contact Supporter Care who can provide you with a non-personalised letter you can print at home. Supporter Care contact details are at the bottom of this page.
We can unfortunately only deliver letters to UK addresses. Please note that the postal service covers the entire UK, but any non-mainland addresses may be subject to small delays.
